Hire Period Extensions

The hire period may be extended by mutual agreement. The Apartment Brief must be notified in writing of your intention to extend the hire period within 3 working days of your nominated auction or sale date. The cost of the hire for the extension period will be calculated as follows;

50% of the original hire charge to extend for a further 2 weeks
70% of the original hire charge to extend for a further 4 weeks.

Hire period extensions are available in 2 or 4 week increments only with no pro-rata adjustments applicable.
